Based across the South East of England, I visit new and existing clients delivering in-salon education in the form of either theory, practical/demo, or a mixture of both focusing on AlfaParf Milano technical and care portfolios. During lock-down, I took the time to create brand Powerpoints to be used as a visual reference for the account managers and the education team in the UK to standardize the spread of information. I work closely with the marketing department to spread brand awareness via Facebook/Instagram lives, online tutorials, copywriting and blog posting for Xpert and our customers, and product descriptions on the packages of our products and tools.

During my time working as an international educator, I acquired many new skills and developed my passion for hairdressing into educating others in a dynamic and trend-focused way.It was my responsibility to liaise with our global clients to discuss their educational needs and then produce an education plan that was informative and engaging.
