I am currenlty working on a project for Prof. Victoria Vanasco, under the ERC grant “Information, Markets and the Macroeconomy.” I have collected and processed legal documents into numerical data, computed measures of complexity from text and developed an instrumental variable (IV) strategy to estimate the effect of party polarization on the complexity of legal documents. In addition, I have also taken part in the management of undergraduate research assistants. As an intern, I was in charge of ugrading the firm’s database to the new server. Specific tasks involved repairing and supervising the correct transfer of corrupted files. My entrance in the project reduced substantially its expected completion. In addition, I also supervised of a team of interns, served as a nexus with the team of senior economists and was in charge of updating the Bloomberg terminal.
