As an editor on the Otolith Journal Publishing team, I worked alongside a group of equally-driven peers to complete the journal by our June deadline. This was a six month project, which involved a lot of creative program solving and communication skills. I had the pleasure of communicating with my team and with writers whose work was being edited for the journal. Not only did I need to be a supportive editor, but I also needed to effectively communicate expectations my team and I had to writers.
