When working with the Sports Performance Dietitian at Indiana University Athletics I measured body compositions, evaluated individual macronutrient needs versus intake, and created meal plans to maximize the nutritional goals of Division-1 (D1) athletes. I created a recipe guide-book that was successfully implemented for over a hundred D1 athletes to help optimize their weekly caloric intake. I attended group and private coaching sessions, created meal plans using the That Clean Life platform, determined calorie counts on existing plans, and wrote blogs to be featured in weekly newsletters. I curated the content around themes presented during the coaching sessions to bring the insights gained to a larger audience.
