I was an Associate Solicitor specialising in the niche area of personal injury claims on behalf of members of the armed forces (Army, Navy (including Royal Marines) RAF and reserve forces) I dealt with claims on behalf of armed forces personnel both against the MoD where injuries occur on duty, and civilian third parties where the injury occurs while off duty. I have a broad range of experience in this niche practise area having specialised in this area of practise for over 13 years. I have a specialist interest in claims on behalf of service personnel who have sustained amputations or very serious orthopaedic injuries which will necessitate amputation at a future time. Fentons was acquired by Slater and Gordon lawyers in September 2013.
