  My role as a Paraprofessional is to make sure my assigned student(s) go through their school day without anxiety about learning and any other social disruptions. This past year I was also helpful in troubleshooting any technical issues for any other student in our class. If my student needed extra help after the morning session of live instruction, I met with them and made sure they understood the material as well as aiding in their critical thinking, whether it be reading the assignment questions aloud, giving an example, or directing them to the reading where they can find the answers for themselves.
