We held board meetings every Friday to update on individual events that we were organising: everything was added to our Minutes of Meetings, and used Gantt Charts to organise what everyone was doing for that event and when it had to be done by. I was the chairmen for one of these meetings. I was event manager for the Christmas Party for the Music courses, and Event Social Media Marketer for Wychwood Sessions, and 2000 Trees Showcase held at The Frog and Fiddle. I was also the Event Manager for the BBC Biggest Weekender fringe event held in Cheltenham in charge of venue resourcing for the team to decide where to have it. Show less
