I have had the pleasure of working with Zoe on two separate occasions, firstly at IMS and latterly at NYnet. She is an extremely skilled and conscientious manager with an eye for detail and an energetic, positive approach. She deals with difficult situations with superb tact and a level of diplomacy second to none. Her organisational skills are second to none. I will miss working with her and hope our paths get to cross again at some point.
