Bio
Daniel Hager
Zoe is an exceptional young leader who has achieved meaningful results in her work. She is incredibly creative and demonstrates great initiative and drive. When we found outreach efforts were not improving screening mammogram completion, Zoe took a white board and asked every woman in the office what keeps them from personally completing a mammogram. Recognizing that our messaging was not addressing the real concerns women had, she led the team to adjust tactics, successfully driving our breast cancer screening rates higher. Zoe also has exceptional skills in building and managing relationships. She has brought great energy to work improving employee engagement, often organizing volunteering and teambuilding activities spanning the entire Health System Office. As a key operational leader for our use of the MyChart patient portal, she has demonstrated the ability to understand the needs of the patients, providers, and practice staff using the tool and to then position our efforts to address those needs. Under Zoe’s leadership, total MyChart users increased by 30% and unique log-ins increase by 35% over prior year. Zoe has an incredibly bright future as a leader in health care. I am confident she will make tremendous contributions to the success of every team with which she serves, both in terms of organizing and driving highly effective work but also by creating an enjoyable and collaborative work environment.
Connie Desaulniers
