      As the Senior Marketing Manager, I was responsible for developing and delivering three ambitious and bespoke marketing plans that drive results and revenue across three global sectors. Targeting entirely different audiences and marketing different services, tailoring for both B2B and B2C. Covering the full marketing mix and end to end content creation including imagery, copy and videos. Managed the full rebrand, website and launch of the new REALTIME. Whilst managing 3rd party agencies and key stakeholders. Creating and maintaining relationships with key players within each of the sectors across the world, as a result I was able to secure earned media coverage, invitations to world renowned events as guest speakers and valuable collaborative opportunities with partners. As part of the Senior Management Team reporting to the Managing Director I played a key role in shaping the overall business strategy, this includes the stales strategies and guiding the Sales Directors. I was responsible for monthly and yearly sales and marketing reporting as well as various internal/external research, including competitor analysis; to better understand sales performance, market trends, and pricing/pitching strategy. Advising the Managing Director on improvements and efficiencies to direct wider business decisions. Within the first year enquiries increased by 97.9% and have since sustained year on year growth. Planned, filmed, edited and promoted film series gaining 30,000 views, increasing online footprint; LinkedIn 23%, Facebook 20% and Twitter 11% and website visits by 205%. Taking an average month of website visits from 4,385 to 14,559. Sponsorship campaigns producing over 450,000 organic impressions staying within a budget of less than £1,500.
