I deal with all aspects of this work, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial premises and land for development and other projects. As part of this work, I am instructed in matters relating to the negotiation, granting and varying of rights and easements over neighbouring land. I act for both landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions and deal with local business sales and acquisitions. My work involves acting for individuals, small and medium sized businesses, investors and dealing with nationwide property acquisitions and related leases for pension fund clients.I continue to act for freeholders and leaseholders in Leasehold Reform work; lease extensions, enfranchisement and the right to manage.
