      Wiltshire Creative is a pan-arts organisation that brings together Salisbury Playhouse, Salisbury Arts Centre and Salisbury Festival. Activities across the venues are a mixed programme of theatre, film, music, dance, comedy, family events, visual arts and workshops as well as private hires for weddings, corporate parties, fundraisers, conferences and meetings. As Operations Manager I work across all sites and am responsible for the smooth running of Front of House and working to ensure the best possible customer experience and staff working environment.
