  Responsible for contributing to the overall performance of the store by driving sales at every opportunity, whilst at the same time making sure that every customer receives exceptional levels of service and enjoys their visit to the store. • Serving customers at the counter as well as placing and accepting payment over the phone • Offering face to face advice on safety products to the customer in store • Maximising store revenue by suggesting upgrades, subscriptions to loyalty programs and add on items to customers. • Being responsible for holding store keys/alarm codes for store access at all times • Using stock management procedures to log, check, locate and move stock both in and out of the store • Responsible for the daily banking and management of tills • Ensuring that all areas are clean and adhere to the companies policy and also health and safety requirements are met • Handling customer complaints in a calm, problem solving manner • Warehouse training – sending and receiving stock and creation of purchase orders.
