This role is giving me experience in many different settings and age groups. It allows me to be adaptable and use skills learnt from my university course. This role has allowed me to use my people skills and be welcoming to tell people more about the university course or to show new students around the campus. In addition to this I have helped facilitate interview days for new students and worked with upper staff to help the process. This meant being organised with good timing to help the days run smoothly and also using good communication. Camp Green Lane (Pennsylvania) This role allowed me to work with children in a summer camp, wether this be helping children who felt homesick or making sure they were always safe walking round camp and in the right place. It also meant welcoming new cultures and being organised with my team in my cabin to ensure the children had the best time possible. My team was in charge of 11 children aged 12.
