      I did a vary of roles as an essential banker such as working on the counter helping customers with transactions, managing accounts, bank transfers and promoting products. I taught and aided customers on ATM, online banking machines and the Barclays app. This allowed customers to feel comfortable and safe whilst handling their money, as well as being able to use these devices when the branch is closed. Therefore, customers have access to their bank 24/7.
