Zoe completed the LLB, LLM and LPC before deciding to move away from the Law and embark on a career in recruitment. Zoe has over 11 years recruitment experience. Zoe joined LAW Absolute initially to specialise in the placement of lawyers and paralegals on a temporary basis within the Public Sector. LAW Absolute was the first agency in the market to specialise exclusively in interim legal recruitment. It is a high-volume low margin business and Zoe developed her expertise in this market learning to offer clients an excellent level of service in line with their budgetary constraints. Her knowledge and understanding of both this sector and the high-volume temporary business model is exceptional. As one of the longest standing recruiters of lawyers into the Public Sector, Zoe developed LAW Absolute’s Local Government team further and under her management the business now has over 300 lawyers working within Local Government throughout England and Wales. Today we are the market leader in this field. Zoe’s remit expanded in 2017 to encompass management and growth of our In- House legal team on both a temporary and permanent basis. She is now Managing Director of LAW Absolute’s sales business. Whilst she continues to oversee and recruit into the Public Sector business, she also focuses on the development of the In-House business.Her expertise with high volume temporary recruitment has helped LAW Absolute become one of the leading temp teams in the sector.
