Zoé est une professionnelle qui fait preuve d'un grand sens de la créativité et surtout de l'adaptabilité; oeuvrer en communication-marketing au Pérou, savoir y lire les enjeux interculturels et développer des outils et stratégies appropriés n'est pas donné à tout le monde. Au-delà de ses capacités techniques, Zoé est un atout indéniable dans une équipe, elle possède un excellent sens des relations interpersonnelles, sait rallier ses pairs grâce à un leadership mobilisant et est capable de créer des processus de travail efficace.
