Lead Electrician

Sep 2018 - Jun 2020
Spent many years as the second in command of the lighting department. Regularly worked with designers to realize their lighting vision. Oversaw 3 direct reports and was responsible for all safety elements. This was a split role, half office work and half manual labor. Office work involved plan reading, and taking off the information to properly hang/focus all lights as directed by the designer. Proficiency in office especially excel was very useful and necessary for this role. Employment was ended by the pandemic which spurred a career shift, however many skills from this job translate well to my new career. Show less
