I worked with Ziyun for two project while I was in the HCDE certificate program, and she was one of the most dedicated people who were willing to put in the extra effort and help for the team. She showed excellent UX research skills, super detail about everything and supportive demeanour. She is an outstanding team player who constantly brings positive energy and feedback to the group. It was a pleasure working with her, and I would recommend and endorse Ziyun!
