My main focus in this role was to develop, optimise and deploy software systems and data management protocols in distributed environments to ingest, monitor and catalogue, document and deliver spatial data streams. In close collaboration with research staff, I developed protocols and tools to assist in the semi-operational management of large spatio-temporal data sets for use in a research environment. My commitments were not only related to design and development, but I was also in charge of presenting the outcomes of my research to the scientific community with reports and scientific papers.
