In order to build a long-lasting and fulfilling workplace, my responsibility is to lead the Agile Chapter and utilize Agile Values to solve difficult problems of clients. During consulting, I work more than once with almost every clients after delivering my consulting service with %95 satisfaction rate. To specify the numbers, I have assisted 10+ top tier companies with 30 different teams. Conducting over 40 workshops, training sessions, and webinars about agility. To be able to increase agility and focus on the system and its flaws, I develop value streams model and assess systematic approach to help tangled processes. I delivered consulting support to more than 15 Hepsiburada teams, including business, payment, and data science teams. In order to produce value-oriented products and processes, I currently assisting YıldzTech Agile and Cultural Transformation projects in breaking down barriers and helping to get rid of waste amongst teams.
