  Responsibilities of COD Clerk :Print daily reports of outstanding Cods and Follow up any discrepancies. Phoning of customers and recons. Monthly Reports on progress of CODs. Receive cash and cheque payments from drivers. Reconcile payment and credit documents on COD transactions. Liaise with RFC clerks on timely receipt of credit notes. D o COD refunds on receipt of the appropriate authorized and signed documentation. Balance takings for shift to invoice/ credit notes. Drop Cash regularly at the end of every shift. Fulfill all security controls in COD office. Filing and other ad hoc office tasks.
