Before Ziggy joined Ferox as a project manager as part of his internship program, he worked for us as character artist. At the time, the team required someone with project management skills and I was keen to see how he would made the transition into a completely different role. After he already showed us he is an ambitious, hardworking and talented character artist, he showed he's also able to inspire and push people to the limit. The most important thing he mastered was asking so many questions that eventually a problem would be fixed before it became one. The result: we made every deadline. I couldn't wish for a better project manager and I think the rest of the team also enjoyed having him as project manager. In the end Ziggy's ambition is to be a character artist, and I hope we can keep him in the team for the time coming.
