This company was suffering losses for 5 years consecutively and I was offered the challenge to put it up back on its feet. It was my job to manage the production process and increase the factory's output to meet market's demand. After the first year of business, the company and for the first time achieved its break-even. The next year we were making profits.Our supplier was the French market leader in windows and doors TRYBA. I had the chance to get their professional training in management and marketing.
