  The Urban Unit developed online evaluation and monitoring systems for various projects of P & D, Government of Punjab. It had working relation with divisional administration and provincial departments throughout Punjab to run those projects. I have been working with the same bodies as a Divisional Representative of Urban Unit in Sargodha Division. My Projects were Khadim-e-Punjab Rural Road Program (KPRRP), Khadim-e-Punjab School Program (KPSP), Mapping of ADP Schemes, Survey of Dangerous buildings, Prime Minister SDG’s and CM Special Development Package. Role Description:- ~Capacity building in departments to work as per new work design formula. ~Make departments to arrange necessary resources to run the program effectively. ~Provide training to the focal persons to run evaluation and monitoring system. ~Provide training to the consultants and third parties to play their part in the online quality assurance system. ~Addressing to the issues faced by the field staff and to get them resolved by the head office. ~Make analytical studies and competitive reports to analyze participation of department and third parties and discuss with SE’s and XEN’s also discuss improvement strategies with them. ~Representing as focal Urban Unit in Divisional development meetings and presenting project progresses to Commissioner Sargodha.

  63 km long dual carriage way was proposed from Mandra to Chakwal. I was a site engineer, incharge for 15 km stretch. I was supervising work of 3 sub-contractors. That road could go long in my professional career but legal infringements caused the project to shut down so this project could not lead us very far, unfortunately. However, the support and courage given to me by the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager was optimal. 63 km long dual carriage way was proposed from Mandra to Chakwal.
