I've known Zhi Wei for many years now from our days in Accenture, but I have never really worked side-by-side with him until early last year. From early days of our interaction, Zhi Wei is someone that I respect for this dedication to his work and his eye/mind for details. He is analytical by nature, and doesn't shy away from tough challenges and hard work. He is an extremely capable Project Manager who strikes the right balance between the various conflicting aspects of a project, with a strong track record of results delivered.
