  Be You Be Scene is a 'Story is Connection' project and tutored by community theatre artist Catherine Simmonds. I was helping with volunteer management and was in charge of the marketing group which mainly focuses on social media. I coordinated with and arranged meetings for the media team and allocated the tasks to content writers, photographers, and graphic designers. Part of my job was to do research on social media data and plan the engagement strategy for the organisation. Also, I was the director and videographer for the project's workshop and performances. I made the vlog-style documentary for Be You Be Scene.

  As a production assistant, I assisted the producer in daily administrative work - film's IMDb updates, office purchase, petty cash management and accounting, document management, etc. As well, I assisted the producer with organising his program - researching crew, script and documenting the videos for post-production. One of the key assignment during my work was a Korean feature film project - Road to Boston. This is one of the big-budget upcoming film, shot in Australia, Korea and the USA. As a production assistant, I worked with the Korean producers in various aspects of the production. Additionally, I helped them in arranging their accommodation, creating daily expense reports, arranging transport services, etc. As a member of the production team, I was directly attached to the production coordinator and helped her with the secretary work and building up the production document system. Later, I gained a chance to work with the extra casting and costume department, I obtained some experience in extra management and costume fitting and on-set costume supervising.

  I was the media director for Greenway China which is the Chinese branch for the international volunteer organization the Green Lion. As the media director, I designed and planned the annual social media strategy for 2016 and 2017. I organized weekly and monthly meetings with the media groups and made media reports for the organization. I designed the educational cultural camps/events for the Chinese and European volunteers. I was the producer and director of the promotion videos (over 10m views).
