Devika Agarwal
Jeffrey is a former student from the Organizational Studies Negotiations course that I was a graduate student instructor for. Among a class of 40+, Jeffrey was a stand-out student – during both in-person and virtual class in the midst of a pandemic, Jeffrey was always engaging with high-level negotiation theory in practice and excelling in academic assignments. He constantly pushed himself, going outside of his comfort zone, to adapt to a diversity of negotiation styles and situations, always seeking feedback to continue personal and professional growth. He was widely recognized as a collaborative and creative peer, doing exceptionally well within the team negotiations.
