Zeynep is an outstanding young woman who continually impressed both myself and every other person who worked with her in the short time she worked with us. The amount she developed in 9 months was incredible and I am so excited to see the amazing things she will accomplish in her career, I have no doubt she will go very far very quickly! She’s one to watch!

Whilst undertaking a group placement in New York, I worked as an assistant teaching artist; my role involved running and leading warm-ups and creative exercises as well as contributing direction and ideas towards their devised show 'Status'. In addition to this we worked 1 to 1 with the young people supporting them in their development of their pieces as well as helping on the performance days with scheduling, audiences and direction. As part of every show there is an open-house Q&A after which we facilitated and contributed too.
