An intelligent, informed and highly capable individual, Zeyad has proven time and again just how adaptable he is. I first encountered Zeyad fresh from his graduation and I was immediately taken by his ingenuity and eagerness. Zeyad was parachuted in to a large company to learn ITIL & ServiceNow to help deliver a significant programme of change, and he always took it upon himself to take the extra step to learn more than would have ever been needed at that time.
