I got to know Oskar Zettl 15 years ago when he joined my team as Project Manager Sales in succession to our International Junior Management Program. I can describe him as a highly motivated employee with a very good mobility and automotive background. Even later in 2007/2008, when he was Section Manager in charge of sales for purely Chinese OEMs in our regional division in China, I always experienced him as a great motivator who passionately and enthusiastically pushed forward innovative mobility topics such as active safety. Later he moved to Beijing where as Vice President & Managing Director in the Bosch Thermotechnology Division he was able to apply this passion to the marketing of energy-efficient and green HVAC technologies. Most recently, Oskar continued to use his expertise in the marketing of innovative technology while driving market topics of the fuel cell technology which Bosch is developing. I have always experienced Oskar as loyal and someone who pushes his tasks with great passion.

In the 20+ years I have known Oskar, he has impressed me by being passionate, determined and ultimately successful in everything he does. Oskar is a natural leader who wins over people by virtue of his always friendly, honest, supportive and positive personality. With his many years of international experience in China, the US and Germany, he shows an intercultural understanding rarely found elsewhere. Oskar’s passion to make a lasting positive difference in this world for society and environment makes him a true role model, and any company could be proud to have him on its executive board.
