   To arrange Tool Box meeting on daily basis prior to start the work.  Report and assist the Project Safety Supervisor / Manager in the overall  Determine probable causes, develop, circulate and enforce appropriate permanent Preventive measures.  Assist Safety Supervisor in carrying out his duties and responsibilities and supervisory And for other functions on the project.  Assist Safety Supervisor in conducting full investigation of accident / incident, including Near-misses  Carry out daily site surveys to ensure: only safe work methods are in operation,  Adequate fire and fall protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are  Properly maintained, approved tools are being used and sufficient Personal Protective Equipment provided and properly worn.  Conduct documented Pre-Deployment Safety Orientation with new site employees prior To mobilization to project site.  Closely monitor scaffold erection / dismantling work, permit-required confined space Entries, crane work / lifting operations, hot work, equipment energization, tie-ins, and Similar hazardous activities.  Ensure that all relevant HSE requirements are complied with the Project requirement.  Check and ensure compliance of site work-force with the approved Safe Work Permit System / Procedure in the plant.  To attend of all the Tool Box Meetings of all the Subcontractors on weekly basis and also checking the attendance of the workers in the Tool Box Meeting.
