During my time as a mobile banker, I was responsible for assisting clients with their home lending, transactional accounts, credit cards and their insurance needs. I had built the mobile banking business from scratch by meeting with potential introducers from existing networks, attending networking functions and working with existing client base to attain more referrals. It took a solid 3 months of hard work before building a network of introducers (27 in total with approx. 50% active) who were feeding continuous & quality business.
