At IU Campus Recreational Sports, I help patrons check out equipment, give them directions to the different places within the gym; help them with their lockers, and also clean and wash equipment. This job has required of me to utilize a lot of my problem solving skills and also actively improve my people skills. Some examples are: there have been multiple instances where someone has had trouble with using their ID to sign in, to borrow equipment, and in these situations, I employ multiple methods that will eventually help the patron successfully check out the equipment.
