HamYard Hotel - Firmdale hotels My experience here was fantastic, I took responsibilities in running a section ensuring orders for food and drinks were delivered correctly and promptly as well as ensuring every customer who walked though our door felt like part of the HamYard family. The training I gained from the company is incredible and eye opening from cocktail and wine training to customer service and employee training days. There is nothing I could fault about this company and the awards they have won just go to show what a fantastic company and team they really are. With Mr & Mrs Kemp being the owners the passion, respect and quality they put into the hotel and staffing is noticeable. My only reason for being such a short term employee is my struggle to live in London with the start up living costs. I have gained much experience, knowledge and skills from working with in the company.
