Zena is a very quick study and has proved herself to be a competent litho process engineer. Zena managed several difficult ArF lithography layers. She brings a fresh outlook to problem solving and is a wizard with JMP. Those skills allowed her to contribute in solving several important yield and defect problems. In addition to her technical skills, she provided a positive spark to team morale at a time when it was badly needed. I'd eagerly work again on a team with Zena.

I worked as one of the Process Tech. on the night shift, while Zena worked during the day. I have worked as a Process Tech. for over 23 years, and I have seen my share of new eng's. It was a pleasure to work with Zena, I enjoy working with people who take there job serious and put in extra effort to learn the job. I often ran experments at night for Zena, there was no confusin with her written instruction or what she wanted done. That alone is a reason to hire her as an eng. She was also always pleasant when we woke her up at 2:00am with a phone call asking for some direction on a problem. She will be a great addition to any work group Bob
