   Developing Level I, II, III Schedule in Primavera & MS Projects which reflecting project scope of work.  Integrates inter disciplinary schedule requirements to establish logical work sequences.  Analyzes project schedule and advises Project Manager of progress against schedule.  Analyzes schedule progress and performance and identifies developing problem areas.  Calculating Resource requirements like manpower and Plant & Machinery requirements for the project.  Liquidating the Project quantitatively across the duration as per schedule.  Micro- scheduling (Level-4) & Plan development for the site for specific locations and specified activity.  Preparing ITB documents up to Close Out of the Project.  Monitoring and recording progress on daily basis.  Participates in claims analysis and negotiations  Updating the schedule developed.  Progress analysis using S-Curve generation both effort wise and cost wise.  Review Progress with contractors/client, analyze constraints, escalate them to top management and get them solved.  Productivity analysis of manpower skill wise and taking necessary action if found under performing.  Report generation on daily and weekly basis for the entire complex speaking on Achievements, Critical Issues, Schedule Analysis, Progress Analysis, Front Analysis, Equipment Analysis and Manpower Analysis.  Presentations to Management on fortnightly basis on Schedule, Progress, Issues and Resource requirements.
