Implemented a comfortable environment for users to work with Microsoft Terminal Servers. Installed, configured and maintained an On-Prem Microsoft Exchange Server with more than 400 mailboxes. Converted all company physical server to virtual ones on a VMware environment based on ESXi 5.5. Used my skills as a Visual Basic developer to automate processes using VBScript/Batch files. Developed internal web-based interfaces using ASP. Resolved escalated issues from Help Desk Representatives. As a System Administrator I was also in-charge of a datacenter containing more than 200 physical (DELL, HP, IBM) and virtual (VMware) servers. Have experience installing, fine tuning and maintaining Windows based Client/Server Operating Systems. Additional duties were to improve and maintain the stability of existing systems, planning and installing new servers in server racks.
