  As a Manager Engineering & Maintenance (Head Engineering Department) I am responsible for Pakistan’s largest feed manufacturing plant (120 Mtons/Hour) and look after the whole process of the plant. (Work with chine’s Engineer of Muyang Holdings International). •Responsible for Pakistan’s largest feed manufacturing plant and getting maximum efficiency of 88.5 % by applying some methodologies. • Applied Lean six sigma technology to minimize wastage and improved processes to reduce energy cost per bag. • Conducted the energy audit of the plant and save the energy losses and energy costs up to 30% at different points. • Achieved Production & maintenance objectives through the recruitment, selection, training, scheduling, coaching, and discipline of employees. • Save 1.1Million PKR/Year in the maintenance process by doing research and development and improvement in machinery parts. • Monitoring day-to-day production & maintenance goals, plant performance, and preparing schedules for goal achievement. • Calculate Heating Load for Installation of HVAC System in the minimum budget for Broiler Hatchery and Feed Mill. • Installation and Maintenance of passenger and cargo lift for the easy movement of workers from floor to floor. • Negotiated and signed a contract with Allied Engineering for (15 Mtons/hour) Rice plant for shahkot and Khanewal sites. • Design Layout for Rice Plant and complete it before the time limit with 95 % production efficiency. • Coordinate with GSI USA engineers for the installation and commissioning of 60 Mtons/Hour Maize dryer. • Do alterations in the existing maize dryer for the drying of paddy with the same setup and do successfully achieve set goals. • Set Goals for the maximum production output of Pellet Mill roll shell Bearings and get production higher than the set goals of 2.5 M Bags by doing vibration analysis. • Prepare documentation for the LPG storage system for licensing and implemented physically on the site as per OGRA requirements.
