I've had the pleasure of working with Zac in two capacities now: at Marks Design and at Salt XC - both in a hybrid accounts/PM role. Zac consistently shows up with the most amazing attitude many managers dream of their team members to have. He's always open to new ideas and perspectives but doesn't let that counter his own strong assertations of workflow and process. He's a master of organization, making calm of chaos, well spoken, and a great communicator with internal and clients. He's able to quickly understand an organization and how to work within it while making key allies to help shepherd projects efficiently and on time. Culturally, Zac also brings value in his eagerness to participate, lead, and be part of the non-business side of an agency. He's a great advocate for community inside and out of the agency walls.

Zac and I worked together on a 14-brand, major corporate initiative for our largest CG client. It was beyond challenging. Short time frame, a slew of stakeholders, unique asks and the need for multiple creative and production resources working in parallel. But working with Zac was a fantastic experience. He kept us organized on task, he rolled with the punches, and helped make something that often felt impossible happen with great success. I would strongly endorse Zac for his ability to organize, keep teams on task, innovate, and bring solutions to challenges on the fly.
