      The company was founded on May 1997, in collaboration with the London Management Consultants Ltd. Initially, we were involved in popularization startup packages of training, such as ACE (for sales reps), ACE II (for managers) or APEX (for key account managers), simultaneously building more advanced programs, dedicated to the specific needs of our customers. Preconditions for effectiveness of programs taking into account industrial and organizational determinants, are: quick analyzing skill, proper assessment, and well prepared proposal. Through years of experience, we have learned to accurately diagnose the threats and effectively apply the appropriate actions. The synergy of training and consulting activities has resulted in the success of most of our projects.       After 18 months of being a management advisor to the President of the Board, I joined the company (Apr’00). My task was to implement the previously prepared BPR project (redesign of main strategies, processes & systems, organizational structures and the corporate culture). Results had come pretty soon. The sales and marketing team was leading the changes. The refreshed own brands (Animals, Hilton) achieved the status of leaders in their categories. Newly built up brands (Terra Zoo; Aqua Zoo) were capturing the market very fast. Already in 2001, Euro-Zoo, from one of the largest, became the unchallenged leader in the polish pet industry. In late 2003, I took over the management of E-Z’s sister company - Zoo Natura (pet store chain). Aim: to prevent its bankruptcy. We broke the bad trends and to spring 2006 three new stores were opened (Poznań, Katowice, Lublin), and one was moved to almost 3 times bigger location (Zakopianka). Show less
