  Working here I am responsible for the whole application which is called Uptok. It is a real-time calling application that features custom intent detection for E-commerce store owners to maximize their sales by interacting with the most interesting customers through a video call. We used javascript frameworks to build the whole solution which consists of three applications. One admin application that manages the whole calls and reports the information about live customers in a store. A widget that can be integrated on any website by injecting a script tag from where shoppers can call the admin and vice versa. And a web server to manage the whole process. Technologies used in this are React.js, Material UI, HTML, CSS, and Agora RTC in the client-side admin and widget. The server is using nodejs, express for handling requests and for live communication I have used server-sent events, and for maintaining the ques of the shopper I have used Redis. The main database is PostgreSQL for our project. I have also integrated our application with Shopify and big commerce consuming their APIs. Show less
