Zarin is one of the most talented designers I know. He truly does have a passion for the work he creates. He is thorough, creative, and consistently produces beautifully polished design solutions. He is compassionate about his users. He really puts them first and creates experiences that best suit their needs. He cares about every pixel in his design and doesn't settle for "good enough". He is constantly pushing the envelope. On a personal side, Zarin is very humble. He was my supervisor, but he was also my friend. I never felt that he looked down on me. He treated me like a peer and saw value in me and in each individual team member. Zarin is also always looking to improve himself; whether that's listening to a history podcast, taking scuba-diving lessons, or reading a business book. He is genuine, approachable and I would highly recommend him for any venture he pursues. You'd be lucky to have him.
