My knowledge of Systems thinking has genuinely helped me a lot at work: My project involves a lot of research and team work thereafter. Since we are working on a HR product, i must always look at the bigger picture. With the help of systems thinking I am able to think of the industry in parts when we want to customize our product for various different businesses, plus, when I am working in my team - I am able to put those aspects together as a whole ! I understand and associate with Personal Mastery as one of the most important parts of my performance. We studied Fixes that backfire in much detail with Sir, and it helps me get a better and more viable perspective to things whenever we face a problem or obstacle. We don't procrastinate by giving short-term solutions, rather we implement long-term solutions. And that's something I always promote in our team. Time and again I have observed that I have a systematic, analytical and collated way of working because of my knowledge of Systems thinking. Moreover, my Manager is satisfied with my performance at the end of the day :) That's what really motivates me to perform better each day.
