      My role as Contracts Manager / Team Leader involved the total function of the team and entire project lifecycle as support to the project team. I monitored, evaluated and develop strategies for continuous improvement; manage the finance, equipment and personnel resources to efficiently achieve project targets and delivery dates in a safe and healthy environment. Base building upgrade comprising 12 floors including internal and external works and services. Allianz Building, 55 Currie Street: $2m. Construction management. The scope of works included the demolition of existing tenancies (return to base building); construction of new atrium built pods and the upgrade of existing toilets. Works were completed in 15 weeks from design concept, Legal Services: $4m. Corporate fitout over four floors (4000m2) in an occupied building completed in 12 weeks from date of order for DPTI. 211 Victoria Square: $8m. Base building upgrade of levels ground and five to 15 including toilets and services. The removal of the existing external façade and installation of new full height glazing façade windows. Australia Post: $6m. CM of High-end office fitout over two levels. 3,000m2 completed in 16 weeks from receipt of drawings. StatewideSuper: $2m. 2,500m2 fitout. Construction management completed in 12 weeks integrated into the base building upgrade which saved the client a significant amount of time and money. Medicare Australia: $6m. Total gut out and refurbishment of Medicare Head office on Green Hill Road (3000m2) Works were completed 6 weeks ahead of Schedule. Australian Taxation Office: $2.5m. Fitout of levels 12 and 15 in City Central Tower 1. 3000m2 completed in 6 weeks including new computer room. Prince Alfred College, Junior Primary School: $2m. Construction of a new 2 storey architecturally designed library.
