Download new released patch or version files on to devices. Take backups of device configurations and current status. Configure, update, or correct QoS profiles, MPLS L2VPN, PW-templates, MPLS LDP, LDP peering, MPLS L2VC, Cpos-trunk, Trunk-serial interfaces, L3 VPN, VPN instance, RD and RT, BGP peering, static routes, VLAN interface and sub-interface, MPGroup and MLPPP, IS-IS, MPLS TE, and RSVP TE, MPLS tunnels, Reroute traffic, correct asymmetric routing. Raise service request tickets with Huawei TAC for Research and Development support, collect device logs and diagnostics information. Process application to return faulty spares or parts to R&D for further analysis. Change Request Co-ordinator. Ensure customer authorization is received before changes can proceed. Attend and chair Huawei planned work forum (CAB meeting). Follow and manage Request For Change process. Compile MOP. Manage Service application and Service report. Network physical inventory report.
