Aside from being a talented designer, Zan has a thirst for knowledge on how to best design for development. Whenever he did not know how certain design elements would come across in the development stage, he would make sure to ask. He is such a team player in this way as he knows that the entire team's success is important to the project. And even when it seemed like I was knocking a lot of ideas down and constricting his design talent, he was able to bang out amazing designs that would just wow our clients.
