During the years at inQool I lead various teams of software developers and analysts. Some of the projects we were working on, were for Government Organisations and Financial institutions. Many of them are used 24/7. Till this day, all of the teams I lead, fulfilled their goals and met deadlines. Another of my accomplishments was setting up the whole Continuous integration pipeline for all our projects. From versioning source code, though automatic testing, one click deployment and finally reaching monitoring. My goal was to minimise the amount of manual tasks as possible to prevent human error.
