In life, you will meet some people as a lesson and some as a blessing if you're observant. I have seen Zaman as a focused, calm, and committed person on the journey to get a bachelor's degree. One thing that I like about him the most is, he is self-motivated. He knows his goals and how to achieve them on time. I saw him closely leading teams organizing different cultural events successfully. He is always there for the people in need. In short, I think he will be an asset to any team he will work with and the company will be highly benefitted in the long run.

Rafsan is a brilliant and gifted person who knows how to lead and get the best out of people. I had the opportunity to directly manage him in our university's musical club (Protiddhoni) and voluntary blood donation club (Dream). I never had to worry when I assigned him any task. He never loses his cool which is one of the reasons he stands out as a good leader. His multitasking ability was unlike I’ve seen before and it made an applause-worthy contribution to our clubs. He was the coordinator of the annual Rag programme of his batch, which was one of the best event in the history of our university. His voice had a big impact on every students of his batch. I found Rafsan very professional who stood out among his peers for his enthusiasm and eagerness to learn more and overcome the difficulties. He takes initiatives to identify problems and devised solution willingly. His ability is complemented by high level of solidarity, teamwork, dedication and an impeccable level of communication skill. I would strongly recommend Rafsan for any managerial position and would be very much happy to work with him in future.
