I then ran the support department for a few months, in the process designing and writing the bulk of Rallybound's product and technical documentation, both internally and in their client-facing knowledge base. From there, I moved to client on-boarding, during which I launched over 200 client instances.Now I manage product and product strategy at Rallybound, from ideation to scoping to design to development to launch.
